Offer online trademark monitoring to your clients under your firm's name. TCP finds the potential matches and prepares the reports. You set the price and keep the margin.
- No software to build
- No new hires
- Your firm's name on every report
Run your numbers
Your price. Your margin. Our work.
Enter what you would charge clients each month and see what monitoring could add to your firm every year.
What could monitoring add to your firm?
Example figures. Enter your own. Your actual TCP cost is confirmed in the demo. An estimate, not a forecast.
Why firms add it
Three ways monitoring grows your practice.
Earn every month from marks you already filed.
Most trademark work pays at filing and renewal. Monitoring turns your existing client list into a monthly service your firm bills for.
Every real threat becomes legal work for your firm.
When a match needs action, the cease-and-desist letter, takedown or dispute comes to you, billed at your usual rates.
Stay in front of clients between filing and renewal.
Regular reports under your firm's name keep you top of mind, so clients come back to you when they need help.
Who does what
We do the monitoring. You make the legal calls.
Your attorneys only step in where their judgement matters. Everything else is handled for you.
All of the monitoring work

- Ongoing online checks
- Flagging potential matches
- Evidence: URL, time, capture
- Branded client reports

Only the legal judgement
- Review flagged matches
- Decide what to act on
- Bill for the work that follows

The listing uses the identical LUMORA word mark and logo on the same goods (skincare serum). The seller does not appear on the client's authorised reseller list, and the price is far below retail.
RecommendationSend a cease and desist letter and request removal from the marketplace. A draft letter is prepared for attorney approval.
Sample with fictional names and links. Scores are AI-assisted; a flag is a potential match, not a finding of infringement. Your attorneys make the legal calls.
How it works
Up and running in three steps.
Choose your clients
Pick the clients and marks to enroll, and set your price. We agree the channels to monitor.
We monitor and report
TCP checks the agreed channels and sends potential matches with the evidence, under your firm's name.
You review and bill
Your attorney decides what to act on. The legal work that follows is billed by your firm.
FAQ
Questions attorneys ask.
How much can my firm earn?
You set the price you charge clients and keep the difference over your TCP cost. Your TCP cost is quoted during the demo, so you can run your own numbers in the calculator above.
How much work is it for my team?
TCP handles intake, monitoring, flagging and reports. Your attorneys review the potential matches and decide what to act on.
Which channels and asset types are covered?
Online uses of your clients' trademarks across websites, marketplaces and social channels. The channels for each client are agreed when you start. Copyright monitoring is scoped separately.
Does it replace registry watching?
No. TCP monitors online use of a mark. It doesn't watch trademark registers, new applications or opposition deadlines.
Who approves what goes to clients?
Your attorneys. Nothing goes to a client or third party without your firm's approval. TCP is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice.
Can reports carry our firm's branding?
Yes. Reports are presented under your firm's name. We'll walk through the format and your branding in the demo.
What client information do you need?
Nothing for the demo. When you start, we need the mark to monitor and the goods or services it covers.
How is client information handled?
We'll explain where information is stored, who can access it and how it's deleted in the demo, and confirm it in writing before any client information is shared.
What if a match is irrelevant or a page can't be checked?
Your reviewer dismisses irrelevant matches and the reason is recorded. Pages that need a login, block access or have been removed are reported as not checked.
