What is trademark monitoring?
Trademark monitoring is the ongoing process of scanning for unauthorised use of your brand — new trademark filings, marketplace listings, social media accounts, domain registrations and paid ads — so you can act before an infringement becomes established.
We scan 240+ global trademark registries, 1,000+ domain extensions, the major marketplaces and every large social platform every week, then send you a report that gives each hit a plain-English verdict: Needs Action, Watching, or All Good.
How much does trademark monitoring cost?
Watch is $149 per trademark per month and includes full monitoring, immediate alerts for urgent threats and a weekly report. Watch + Enforce is $199 per trademark per month and adds drafted enforcement letters, infringer contact research, submission on your behalf and follow-up until the case is resolved.
Volume pricing applies automatically: $125 per mark per month for 3–9 marks and $115 per mark per month for 10 or more. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.
What sources do you monitor?
- 240+ global trademark registries — USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO and 237+ national offices, scanned weekly
- Marketplaces — Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu
- Social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube
- Domains — 1,000+ extensions, scanned daily
- Content — image and copyright monitoring, plus Google and Meta paid advertising
How quickly do I get my first report?
Your first report arrives within 24 hours of enrolling a mark. After that, reports land every Monday morning, with immediate alerts in between for anything urgent — fake accounts, time-sensitive filings, domain grabs.
What does enforcement actually include?
On Watch + Enforce, every alert marked Needs Action arrives with the response already drafted: a cease-and-desist letter, DMCA notice, opposition brief or platform takedown request. We also research the infringer’s legal contact, registrar details or the right platform enforcement channel.
You review and approve. We submit it and follow up until the matter is resolved. There are no separate legal fees on top.
Do I need a registered trademark to use the service?
To enrol a mark you provide its registration number and we pull the full record automatically — classes, goods, renewal deadlines and ownership details. Setup takes under five minutes, with no forms and no uploads. We also monitor copyright and image content alongside registered marks.
How is this different from an attorney-led watch service?
Traditional attorney-led watch services typically cost $400–$1,500 per mark per month and usually stop at a raw list of hits — you still pay separately for anyone to interpret them or act on them.
We score every hit with AI trained on thousands of real trademark cases, explain each one in plain English, and include the enforcement work in the price. That starts at $149 per mark per month.
Do you work with law firms and IP attorneys?
Yes. Firms use our monitoring as a white-label service for their own clients: you receive branded weekly reports and prepared enforcement actions at $149 per mark per month and typically resell at $200–$300 per mark per month.
It lets a firm offer a watch service — and the recurring revenue that comes with it — without building the practice in-house.
How do you decide what is actually a threat?
Every hit is scored by our AI and given one of three verdicts — Needs Action, Watching, or All Good — with the specific reason stated. Threats sit at the top of your report and low-priority items at the bottom.
Most clients spend under ten minutes reviewing a week’s findings.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and you can upgrade from Watch to Watch + Enforce whenever you like — everything carries over, with no new setup and no fees.
